Full Agreement Text

This Remote Worker Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of ________, by and between ________ ("Employee") and ________ ("Company").

1. Position and Duties

The Employee will continue in their role as ________, with responsibilities as outlined in their employment agreement or job description. The Employee agrees to perform all duties to the best of their ability while working remotely.

2. Remote Work Location

The Employee will work from ________, unless otherwise agreed. The Employee agrees to maintain a safe and secure workspace.

3. Work Hours

Regular work hours: ________ to ________, ________. Schedule changes require supervisor pre-approval. The Employee must be available for communication and virtual meetings during these hours.

4. Communication and Availability

The Employee must remain accessible via ________ during work hours and provide regular status updates to their supervisor.

5. Company Equipment

The Company will provide: ________. The Employee agrees to care for equipment and return it upon termination. Additional equipment requires Company approval.

6. Expenses

The Company reimburses pre-approved business expenses per Company policy. The Employee covers personal expenses (internet, phone, utilities) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

The Employee agrees to protect confidential Company information, handle all files and communications per the Company's data security policies, and avoid using unsecured public Wi-Fi for work.

The Employee agrees to maintain the same performance, productivity, and quality standards as when working in the office. Failure to meet expectations may result in termination of this Agreement and/or disciplinary action.

9. Health and Safety

The Employee is responsible for ensuring their remote workspace complies with local health and safety regulations. Work-related injuries must be reported immediately.

10. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation, benefits, and employment terms remain unchanged. The Employee must comply with all Company policies, including timekeeping and attendance procedures.

11. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with ________ written notice. The Company may terminate immediately if the Employee fails to comply with its terms.
