What's in Each Template

1. Header

Your company name, address, logo, and contact details. Plus Bill To, Ship To (standard only), Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, and PO Reference fields.

2. Line Items

Standard template: Item #, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Item Total. Hourly template: Item #, Description, Hours Billed, Hourly Rate, Total Cost. Auto-calculated in Excel/Sheets.

3. Totals

Subtotal, Discount, Advance Paid, Shipping & Handling (standard) or Reimbursements (hourly), and Tax. All formulas built in for Excel and Google Sheets.

4. Payment Instructions

Payment terms (e.g., Net 30) and instructions for how to pay — bank transfer, PayPal, or other payment methods.
